Custom Built-Ins, Cabinets and Bookshelves - Sanford Built-Ins & Designs

This is one of our more creative Built-Ins. These built-ins were built into a wall above and below a stair case. This unit includes a slide out counter top for their Apple imac computer, a top and bottom compartment for files and books. The inside unit is complete with electrical outlets and cat5 network cable. When the doors are closed, these built-ins mesh well with the existing trim.
This built-in is made of pure stained mahogany and is complemented well with a nice granite counter top. These built-ins are truly the central focal point of any social gathering. This unit has a inset refrigerator located on the bottom right, area for TV, glass shelves and accent lights that makes the unit shine.

This built-in was built to store Civil War items passed down from generation to generation. A glass display holds small items. The top unit has adjustable glass shelving backed with a mirror, with lights located at the top. The bottom unit sets the tone with two large corbels that display’s the accents of 1861. I was greatly honored and humbled to be able to build something that would hold a piece of great American History.
These built-ins are built around an existing fireplace. The built-ins consist of cabinets below and shelves above. Connecting the two built-ins is a shelving piece that spans the fireplace a great place for room accents and or pictures. The units are made of white oak with a semi gloss urethane that brings out the natural beauty of oak.

These are the standard style built-ins, but let me point out just because they are our standard style doesn’t mean they are not great. This type of built-ins can really make an office or home library.
Nice and simple, these two units just complement the room. They mesh well with the existing architecture and theme of the room. The unit on the right hold’s TV components and is complete cable and electrical built into the units.
